Hot pot with a helping hand.
Choose your ingredients. Watch RoPot pick them. Take your perfect hotpot home.

Pick your broth, set the spice, then tap the ingredients you want from the ring. Twenty-four trays, no menu-reading.
Two robotic arms turn, reach into the tray you chose and portion it straight into your bowl. You watch the whole thing happen.
The kitchen ladles the broth, boxes it up and texts you. Collect, get home, cook it exactly how you like it.

Fresh ingredients. Faster hands.
Everything on the line is cut that morning. Nothing is portioned until you order it.
To be clear about who does what: the arms select and portion ingredients, and our service robots run the floor. The cooking is done by people — a kitchen team out the back, and a manager who has never once been a robot.
Pick an ingredient. Watch what happens.
Click any dish and the nearest arm turns, reaches, grips a portion and drops it in the pot — the same thing that happens on the bench at Gouger Street. Two arms, twenty-four trays, no waiting on anybody.
Click a dish to send an arm. Demo bowl — your real order starts on Build your bowl.

Five broths, all made here. The Sichuan base gets erjingtiao chilli and whole peppercorn bloomed in beef tallow; the beef bones go twelve hours. Wagyu sliced to 1.2mm, greens cut the same morning, dumplings pleated by hand before service.
You decide the ratio of meat to greens to noodles. Nobody standardises your bowl but you.

The same ingredients, the same arms, the same broth — packed to travel. Your hotpot, ready to roll.
Sealed hot in its own container so your greens don't turn to soup on the drive home.
You cook it at your table, at your pace, at your heat.
Build the bowl online before you leave and it's waiting at the counter.

Almost everyone you meet at RoPot is a robot. The servers bring your trays, and two arms on the ingredient station pick every portion the moment you order it. It makes the whole thing quicker, more precise and — we’ll admit it — more fun to watch.
What the robots don’t do is cook. The broths, the dumplings and every bit of knife work belong to the kitchen team out the back, and there’s a manager on the floor for anything that needs a person.

Hot pot with a helping hand.
The helping hand is literal. Two of them, actually, on the ingredient station.
Good food. Cuter robots.
In that order. The robots are the reason people come the first time; the broth is the reason they come back.
